Assistant Directors

Haley Cagle, Assistant Director of Education, has worked in childcare for the past 10 years, and has been with The Academy since they opened in 2006.  Haley has her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, and considers working with children her passion.  She and her husband, Bryan live here in Oakwood.  They welcomed their first child, a daughter, Addyson, on June 5th, 2009, and she considers it such a privilege to be able to bring her to work with her everyday!  Haley loves what she does here at The Academy and the difference that she hopes to be making in children's lives as they begin their education.

Beth Hart, Assistant Director, joined us at The Academy in the Fall of 2009.  She graduated from Brenau University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.  While in college at Brenau, she was on staff as a teacher at the Child Development Center.  Beth has experience in childcare administration, and brings much value to our staff.  She and her husband, Brad, live in Gainesville and have two children, Ava and Sadie, who also join us at The Academy everyday.  Beth is excited about her adventure with us, and looks forward to learning from her experiences here!
