Assistant Directors

Heather Webb, The Academy CDC Asst. Director of Administration, lives in Gainesville, Georgia.  She and her husband, Darrell, have been married since March 2006. Heather is originally from Lancaster, SC and she moved here 3 years ago to be with her husband . She has her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Heather has worked with children in various work environments and loves the positive changes that working at The Academy has brought her.

Haley Cagle, The Academy CDC Asst. Director of Education, lives in Oakwood, GA. She and her husband, Bryan have a dog, Katie, a yellow lab/golden retriever mix.  She has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.  She has worked in a childcare center for four years, and worked for Hall County School System for three years prior to coming to work for The Academy.  She loves working with children  and loves her new adventure with The Academy!
